Advanced Settings

To allow maximum customization without making the editor too complex, a multitude of advanced settings is available. Those can be accessed using the advanced settings menu entry inside the respective editor.

Advanced Quest Settings

Setting Type Description
print-description boolean Set to false to disable quest description output.
start-message text Message which is printed after accepting the quest.
requirement-missing-message text Message which is printed when a requirement is missing.
redo-delay integer Delay (in seconds) until a successfully finished quest can be repeated.
retry-delay integer Delay (in seconds) until a failed quest can be repeated.

Advanced Stage Settings

Setting Type Description
start-message text Text that is printed when the stage is started.
finish-message text Text that is printed when the stage is finished.

Advanced Trigger Settings

Setting Type Description
auto-start boolean Set to true to start the quest without asking the player.

Advanced Requirement Settings

Setting Type Description
silent boolean If set to true and this requirement is not fulfilled, nothing will be printed to the player.

Note: These are the settings available for any type of trigger/requirement/objective/reward. In some cases there might be also more specific settings which are not documented here.
